Langley Farms is seeking a dedicated Foreign Worker Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities: Support with LMIA applications and maintain required records and application documents to ensure compliance with Labour Market Impact Assessments. Collaborate with external recruiting and immigration consulting agencies to fulfill current and future manpower needs according to our standards. Coordinate the mobilization of Temporary Foreign Workers, from deployment dates to entry into Canada. Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, addressing queries, providing updates, and facilitating modifications related to the TFW program. Arrange transportation and accommodations for TFWs as needed. Assist with enrolling TFWs in medical insurance, MSP, bank services, social insurance, and other related forms upon their arrival. Maintain accurate employee personnel files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct home and housing inspections periodically to uphold standards and safety regulations. Communicate job duties and expectations clearly to foreign workers and conduct meetings to address any concerns or questions. Provide translation services to facilitate seamless communication between TFWs and other team members. Manage employee records using our Proteus system and ensure accuracy for payroll processing. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
